When you sign up for a subscription, you receive repeated deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.

Ambassadors receive the obsession box free every month. They will only be charged for the delivery every month.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be billed for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it in your dashboard or contact us at the above address.

If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

For monthly boxes, delivery will always be the same.

As an ambassador, you commit to a minimum period of 2 months when you take out the subscription. The ambassador will receive a free monthly box (excluding delivery).

This minimum period is useful for guaranteeing a long-term partnership.
