Shipping policy

Delivery

Please allow 24-48 hours for delivery. After that, deliveries take between 5 and 12 working days, thanks to La Poste or Collissimo, with tracking number.

Monthly boxes are sent at the end of each month. So if you ordered yours at the beginning of March (for example), expect to receive it towards the end of March/beginning of April (depending on where you live*).
